DOMESTIC INDIA SHIPPING FOR HINDU MARBLE STATUES
Thank you for considering KARIGAROFFICIAL for your sculpture needs. We pride ourselves on offering a wide selection of beautifully crafted sculptures that can be shipped to your doorstep quickly and safely.
Shipping: We offer free shipping for all our products, regardless of weight or size. Most of our sculptures will be shipped within 24 hours of the order if ordered before 2 PM, Indian Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We use SHIPROCKET to ship products weighing up to 70 Kilograms when fully packed. Exceptions to this rule are larger statues that need a crate or extra packaging to ensure they arrive safely. For items over 70 Kilograms, we use an assortment of freight companies including Airstar Carriers. We do not ship on weekends.

SHIPROCKET: standard ground shipping takes 1-7 business days for delivery. We offer 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day air service from SHIPROCKET. SHIPROCKET does not deliver on Saturday unless specified in the "Special Instructions for Shipping" box during checkout. $12.50 will be manually added to your order for Saturday deliveries.
If your order requires any special needs, please make your request in the "Comments" box within the shipping instructions section of checkout. Someone will contact you to accommodate your request.
For all our heavy large statues, we build a custom crate for the sculpture so that it is packed safely for the journey. The crate is made using a pallet so that it can be easily moved during the shipping process. We build a crate around the statue on the pallet and then brace the statue inside using 2x4s so the sculpture does not shift during its journey. We do not charge anything for crating the sculpture. We pass on the exact shipping charges to you that we are charged by the shipping company.
The freight delivery charges include insurance, a residential, lift gate delivery to your home. For all residential deliveries the shipping company will contact you prior to delivery to set up a day and time frame where you will be home for delivery.
We ask you to please look over the crate when the delivery is made and note if there is any damage to the crate on the delivery receipt you are given by the driver.

If damages are not noted on the delivery receipt, we will be unable to file an insurance claim.
If the delivery driveway has any obstacles that may prevent the truck from making the delivery, please inform us before shipping so we can find a suitable freight company that can handle the obstacles. If the freight company is unable to deliver the statue due to unforeseen circumstances and we were not notified beforehand, the customer must bear the charges of the redelivery expenses.
Please note that freight companies do not deliver any freight to the inside of your home. They will deliver the crate to your Home and then move it anywhere within reason in your home. If you require delivery to your garage, please inform us so we can make arrangements. There is usually an inside delivery charge of around $75.
Upon delivery, it is essential to check over the crate for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. Freight companies do not honor insurance claims if you do not note any irregularities when accepting the delivery. If you notice any damages or irregularities, please note them on the delivery receipt. If the crate arrives damaged and you can see the statue is damaged inside, please refuse the freight and contact us immediately.
KARIGAROFFICIAL and the freight company making the delivery are not responsible for unpacking the statue and placing it in your home or yard. We recommend speaking with your general contractor, landscaper, or hiring day laborers to assist you with the installation.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been picked up by either SHIPROCKET or Airstar Carriers.
We take great care in shipping and packing each sculpture using Liquid custom foam and 9 Ply corrugated cardboard boxes for all SHIPROCKET deliveries. For all freight deliveries, a custom wooden box is built to fit the individual sculpture dimensions, and wooden braces are used to ensure that the piece does not move during the shipping process. Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price for both SHIPROCKET and Freight delivery charges.
KARIGAROFFICIAL packs each sculpture with care and ships each package with full insurance. In the event of damage during shipping, please notify us immediately and save all packaging materials for inspection by the shipping company. Without the original packing materials, we will be unable to make a claim with SHIPROCKET.
If a sculpture arrives damaged, KARIGAROFFICIAL will pay for the return shipping, and you will not be charged any service charges.
