We source premium marble from trusted mines across Rajasthan and import Italian marble from reliable suppliers. Primarily, we use Makrana and Vietnam marble, renowned for their durability, longevity, and pristine whiteness, ensuring statues of unparalleled quality.

Choosing the right marble is an art in itself. Even the finest blocks can have natural spots, marks, or shades. That’s why our skilled artists rely on years of expertise to carefully source the purest white marble, ensuring the best foundation for your masterpiece.

Our artists precisely cut marble blocks to match the dimensions of the statue requested by the customer, ensuring every piece is tailored to perfection.
2) Visualising Statue before Making it

For GOD/deity statues, our process begins with a detailed sketch directly on the marble block. This blueprint allows customers to review the design and request changes before carving begins. Precision is key, and this step ensures that the statue aligns perfectly with the customer’s vision. Each sketch can take 2-3 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.

Clay Model Capturing Fine Details
When creating personalized busts or special statues, we take a more detailed approach. First, a clay model or test prototype is crafted to replicate the desired features. This model, which takes 15-20 days to complete depending upon the size of the statue, is shared with the customer for approval. Once finalized, our artists use advanced tools and techniques to carve the marble, capturing every detail from the model. This meticulous process ensures lifelike accuracy and customer satisfaction.
3) Sculpting the Marble Statue

Sculpting the marble statue is a multi-step process. It begins with shaping the basic structure, followed by fine detailing to achieve precision and depth. This labor-intensive process typically takes 15-20 days or more, depending on the statue's size.
Our artists use a variety of specialized tools, including:
Chhani (chisels) for detailed carving
Hammers for shaping
Drills for precision work
Cutting machines for rough shaping
Grinders for smooth finishing
Files for refining intricate details
Polishing pads for the final touch
Each tool is expertly handled to transform raw marble into a stunning masterpiece.
4) Adding Fine Details

The detailing of the statue begins with crafting elements like the crown, jewelry, bangles, and garland. Every feature is finely carved—hands, fingers, nails, eyes, and facial expressions are refined with exceptional precision. This delicate process ensures the statue exudes elegance and lifelike beauty.
5) Polishing

Polishing the Marble Statue is a crucial step that enhances the shine, whiteness, and smooth texture of the marble. It transforms the stone into a feather-like touch. For a medium-sized statue, quality polishing takes a minimum of 3-5 days. Our skilled artists are experts in achieving a flawless, radiant finish.
