Statue: 12-Inch Marble Lakshmi Murti
In October 2025, we received a WhatsApp message from Rina, a devotee from Quartier Militaire, Mauritius. She was searching for a beautiful Marble Lakshmi Murti for her home temple and wanted complete clarity before placing an international order.
Like many customers, her first question was simple:
"What will be the final cost?"
The Challenge Rina Faced
Before contacting KARIGAROFFICIAL, Rina had already spoken with several marble murti suppliers in India.
Many suppliers quoted only the statue price initially. Later, customers would discover additional charges for shipping, packing, customs handling, and delivery.
We chose a different approach.
From the very beginning, we explained the complete process and provided a transparent quotation that included the statue, export packing, DHL Express shipping, and delivery support.
Why Rina Returned To Us
After our first conversations in October 2025, Rina decided to proceed with another supplier because the initial pricing appeared lower.
However, things did not go as planned.
The communication became difficult, the quality did not match her expectations, and she was not satisfied with the murti being prepared.
Around 10 November 2025, she contacted us again.
This time, she shared exactly what she wanted: a calm, divine, and spiritually comforting expression on the face of Maa Lakshmi.
We honestly explained that creating specific facial expressions of a 15- inch statue in a 12-inch marble murti can be challenging, but we would genuinely do our best.
Building Trust Before Production
On 17 November 2025, Rina officially placed her order.
Before production began, we assured her that if she did not like the final murti, we would refund the amount excluding transaction charges.
Trust is more important than making a sale.
Our artists then began hand-carving the murti from premium white marble.
Throughout production, we continuously shared photos, videos, carving updates, and progress reports directly through WhatsApp.

The Face of Maa Lakshmi
The most important part of the project was the face.
The first version was shared with Rina, but she did not feel connected to it.

Our artists refined the facial features and shared another version.
Even then, she felt something was missing.
Instead of rushing the process, our artists carefully worked again on the eyes, smile, proportions, and overall expression.
When the final version was shared, she immediately approved it.

That was the moment we knew we had created the Lakshmi Mata she had been searching for.

Keeping Our Promise
In January 2026, DHL Express introduced significantly higher shipping rates.
The shipping cost became much higher than anticipated.
However, we had already committed a final price.
Instead of increasing the quotation, we honored our original commitment and absorbed the additional cost ourselves.
Because keeping our word matters.
Safe Delivery To Mauritius
The murti was packed using our specialized liquid foam export packing system designed specifically for international marble statue deliveries.
The shipment left India on 15 January 2026 through DHL Express.
On 19 January 2026, just four days later, the Lakshmi Murti safely arrived at Rina's home in Quartier Militaire, Mauritius.
The entire process, from production and packing to shipping and delivery support, was managed by our team.
A Message We Will Never Forget
After receiving the murti, Rina shared her unboxing photos and experience with us.
"The moment I saw her face, I knew this Lakshmi Mata was meant for me."
For our artists, that message meant everything.
We are not simply exporting marble statues from India. We are helping devotees around the world bring faith, tradition, and devotion into their homes.
